Amy Farrar is an experienced litigator, focusing on employment and business litigation, collaborative law and estate planning. She is recognized statewide as a leading Appellate lawyer, handling civil, criminal and domestic appeals.
Sonya Smith Wright is a skilled advocate who has a wealth of courtroom experience. She focuses her practice on representing homeowners and businesses against their insurance companies as well as advising businesses on avoiding litigation and representing businesses when litigation is unavoidable.
Steve Elkins is Of Counsel with FARRAR | WRIGHT, PLLC. Mr. Elkins concentrates his practice in the areas of general business and employment law, administrative and regulatory matters, and estate administration and probate.
Elizabeth Guin Mills was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. She grew up in Nolensville, but has lived in Murfreesboro for the last 13 years. Mills graduated from MTSU in August of 2002 with a BS in Health Education and then in 2010 with a Master of Education. She is a member of Jenkins Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Nolensville, where she currently serve as the Discipleship Ministry Team Leader. They are in the process of revamping the children’s ministry model to reach those in the community that are not currently attending any church program. She has also helped lead the women’s ministry in activities and community service.
Mills is the Community Service Chair for the MTSU Chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority’s Chapter Advisory Board and helps the chapter meet their community service goals with our national philanthropies – Girl Scouts of the USA, The Family Center of Murfreesboro, and Prevent Child Abuse America.
Mills is married to her husband Lou, and has a step-son Jake.
